All production is closely supervised to ensure compliance with international specifications, and only products that meet 100% quality standards are approved for sale. Synresins Limited, established in 1982, is the leading synthetic resin manufacturer in East and Central Africa, producing solvent-based, water-based, and specialized resins for the paint, coating, ink, textile, construction, automotive, polyester (FRP), and adhesive industries. I share immense gratitude in serving this industry through my role since 2018. The B2B industry we serve is dynamic, challenging, and continuously energizing, driven by ever-evolving global, national, and local agendas.
With a passion for numbers and growth-driven strategy, I joined the company when numerous challenges clouded the core value addition it had upheld since its founding in 1982.
Guided by our esteemed Chairman, I set out to redefine our vision and mission, stripping away uncertainty and re-establishing clarity around our purpose.
Together with a young, driven team of managers, we place value addition at the heart of everything we do. From aligning with Kenya's broader manufacturing agenda to embracing continuous improvement, our focus has been on making meaningful contributions.
My approach is to address challenges and apply proven business tools and models to drive growth and learning. Our relationships with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and logistics partners, are grounded in honesty, transparency, and shared values of efficiency and effectiveness.
